Life does not always go to plan. A change in your health, a bereavement, money worries or another difficult event can affect how you manage things, including your insurance. If that is where you are right now, we are here to help.
Anyone can find themselves needing a little more support, sometimes for a short while and sometimes for longer. Telling us what you need means we can work in a way that suits you. It will not change the standard of service you receive.

Losing someone is hard, and sorting out their affairs can feel like a lot. Let us know and we will talk you through what happens with any policy and what we need from you. You do not need every detail to hand when you first get in touch.
If you look after someone else’s affairs, or you hold a Power of Attorney, we can set you up to deal with us on their behalf. We may need to see certain paperwork, and we will explain exactly what that is.
Some decisions, claims or payment arrangements sit with the insurer or finance provider rather than with us. Where that is the case, we will point you to the right place.
