Why is Cystar Insurance Services rebranding to AMT Insurance Solutions?

Cystar was acquired by AMT Group in July 2023. The rebrand reflects our integration into the Group and our commitment to offering more comprehensive solutions, while maintaining the high-quality service that you rely on.

Where is AMT Insurance Solutions based?

AMT Insurance Solutions is located at 174 Armley Road, Leeds, LS12 2QH.

Is it still possible to visit the Palmers Green location in London?

No. The Palmers Green branch is now closed. All staff from the Palmers Green branch are now working remotely but remain available to service your needs on the same contact number and email addresses.

Can I visit the AMT Insurance Solutions team in Leeds?

Yes. You are more than welcome to visit the team at the Leeds branch. Our office hours remain unchanged, and our address is detailed on the website.

Will my current insurance policy be affected by this rebrand?

No. Your existing insurance policies, coverage, and terms will remain the same. The rebrand does not affect your policy in any way. No action is required from you.

Will my policy number or any other details change?

No. All policy details, including your policy number, remain the same. The only change will be our new name and branding.

Will there be any changes to your contact information?

No. Our contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, will remain the same. We will notify you of any changes, and our new website represents the AMT branding.

How will being part of the AMT Group benefit me as a customer?

As a customer of the AMT Group, you will have access to a range of automotive services, including vehicle rental, leasing, buying, and selling solutions. Please feel free to look at our Group website.

Will there be any changes to my renewal process?

No. Your renewal process will remain unchanged. You will continue to receive your renewal invitations as usual but please look out for the new AMT Insurance Solutions branding.

Will there be any changes to the ways in which I can pay for my policy?

Yes. Payment should be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card unless you are paying on a finance agreement. We are no longer able to accept payment by Cash or Cheque. Your payment should reach us prior to the renewal date on your policy for cover to be granted.

Will the claims process change?

No. The claims process will remain exactly the same. You will continue to work with the same team, and any ongoing or future claims will proceed as normal.
